Makeup Form

Missed a meeting? That's alright! Here is the makeup form for you to let us know if you have made it up by attending another Rotary Club's meeting or by attending a Rotary event.

Examples of possible makeups:

• Attend one of our club's in-person socials or events

• Attend another Rotary club's (including an eClub's) meeting

• Attend any Rotary club's service or social event

• Attend a Rotary district event (i.e. district conference, Avenues of Service)

• Attend a Rotary International Convention
